We’re raising $1,200 to provide 15 complete gurl core journal kits to a local Chicago Girl Scout troop.
Choose an amount to contribute toward the goal. Once the goal is reached, gurl core will coordinate directly with the troop to get all 15 kits into girls’ hands.

where does my contribution go?
Every contribution goes toward funding complete gurl core journal kits for local tween girls. The goal is to raise $1,200, enough to provide 15 girls with the full 30-day journal experience, including the bracelet kit, stickers, & temporary tattoo.
who will receive the kits?
gurl core is partnering with a local Chicago-area Girl Scout troop that would benefit from free access to these resources. The goal is to make sure the kits go directly to tween girls who can complete the experience together with support from their troop leaders.
how will the kits get to the girls?
I will personally assemble and hand-deliver all 15 kits to the participating troop in Chicago and document the journey!
how will I know the kits were actually delivered?
I’ll share updates throughout the process on gurl core’s social channels, including when the campaign reaches its goal, when the kits are prepared, and when they’re delivered to the troop. I want everyone who contributes to be able to see the impact they helped make possible.
what happens if you don’t reach $1,200?
Every contribution will still be reserved for the sponsorship program. If the full goal isn’t reached right away, gurl core will continue collecting contributions until there is enough to provide the full experience to the troop.
what happens if you raise more than $1,200?
Any amount raised beyond the first 15 kits will go toward sponsoring additional gurl core kits for local girls. The more we raise, the more girls we can reach.
